with WAH
You can use your NDIS funds with Wild At Heart’s programs to achieve your goals, for community participation
and capacity building.
Our Programs
Wild At Heart’s programs are community based and capacity building activities specifically for people with disability to achieve their NDIS goals, overcome social isolation, learn skills and self-expression, build capacity and engage with the broader community through music and art.
All programs are designed and delivered by professional teaching and facilitating artists who are trained and experienced in accessible arts making practices.
Our activities include individual mentoring, group workshops, individual and group based community access and participation.
NDIS Outcomes Framework
Outcomes you can expect from your involvement with Wild At Heart align with the NDIS Outcomes Domains Framework and include:
increased daily living skills through independent and supported participation in social, community and cultural activities
improving physical and mental well-being through self-expression, self-confidence, physical exercise, creativity, purpose and belonging
continuous learning through accessible individual and group training and experiential activities and pathways for growth and development
social and economic participation through career skills development and work opportunities in the community and cultural sectors
learning job-ready skills in punctuality, focus, developing a work ethic and how to be professional as an artist

NDIS Billing
All supports are billed in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits guidelines and the current NDIS Support Catalogue.
Usually we invoice to Core funds using the support item number 04_102_0136_6_1 (for weekdays and respective codes for other days/times of the week). We can also invoice your Capacity Building funds under support item numbers 09_011_0125_6_3 and 15_037_0117_1_3 if they are included in your Plan.
We invoice calendar monthly and send invoices to the Plan Manager or person nominated for paying for services from your Plan.
Non Face To Face Costs
In accordance with the NDIS Price Guide, non face to face supports to you that are directly related to the achievement of your goals and outcomes will be billed to your NDIS plan. This will include things such as goal setting, progress review and reports, researching and networking to find suitable mentors, mentor briefing, set up and pack up of activities, documentation, storage and retrieval of your creative work, production work, liaison with support networks and family and any other specific actions. The Cost Schedule provides an estimate of the non face to face costs for each type of support.

Once we’ve had a chat and understand your goals and support needs, we can prepare a Quote for NDIS services which you can take to your planning / review meeting.
When we begin providing services to you we’ll prepare a Service Agreement which outlines the services we will provide, their cost, and how we will work together.
