Program Manager (hip hop)

Wild At Heart is looking for a dynamic, connected and values-driven Program Manager (Hip Hop) to lead our growing hip hop program for artists with disability.

PART TIME POSITION

This is not just an admin role. It’s a creative leadership role — grounded in hip hop culture, disability justice, and community power. If you believe hip hop is a tool for voice, agency, connection and change — we want to hear from you.

As Program Manager (Hip Hop), you’ll lead the design and delivery of Wild At Heart’s hip hop program — supporting emerging artists to develop their craft, confidence and pathways into the industry.

You’ll work closely with artists, mentors, facilitators and partners to deliver workshops, mentoring, recording and performance opportunities that are artist-led, culturally grounded and access-focused.

This role blends creative vision, program leadership, community development and industry connection.

General Manager

Wild At Heart is seeking a skilled, values-driven General Manager to play a key leadership role in the next stage of Wild At Heart’s growth

PART TIME POSITION

This is a senior part-time leadership position with real scope and impact. Working closely with the Executive Director and Board, the General Manager is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day business operations of the organisation.

You will ensure Wild At Heart is financially strong, legally compliant, well governed and operationally efficient — creating the foundations that allow artists and programs to thrive.

This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and purpose, and who wants to contribute their skills to an organisation making genuine social and cultural change.

Volunteers

Skilled and experienced volunteers required for songwriting and music mentoring, producing, accompaniment in recording and performance, workshop support and project management and administration.

Student placements and intern roles are also possible depending on the support and supervision requirements and the reciprocal benefit to WAH and artists.

Communications Manager

Wild At Heart is seeking a highly skilled communicator and marketer to help WAH promote the music and stories of the artists we support and the work we do.

CASUAL / CONSULTING POSITION

Persons with lived experience of disability, mental illness, neuro and gender diversity encouraged to apply.

The Communications Manager will develop WAH’s communications through our website, social media platforms, newsletters, annual reports, artist profiles, access to and exposure in media, networks within the music industry and the disability sector.

Industry based wage depending on skills and experience.
