We are seeking a highly skilled Artist Development and Training Manager to join our team, focusing on creating inclusive and empowering music and music industry training programs for artists with disabilities. The person will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing specialized music training initiatives that cater to the goals and needs of artists with disabilities.

This position requires a deep understanding of music education and accessibility, as well as a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment and community.

Business Manager

WAH Records Label Manager

Wild At Heart is seeking an experienced music recording release manager to lead the operation and growth of our record label for artists with Disability.

PART TIME POSITION

Persons with lived experience of disability, mental illness, neuro and gender diversity encouraged to apply.

The label manager will work directly with artists to finalise their recordings, and to support and resource them in releasing their recorded music. This includes creating and tracking release budgets for individual projects, promoting and distributing artists’ recorded music through operating our independent record label Wild At Heart Records. The manager will identify suitable mentors and collaborators to work with Artists on key aspects of release projects such as making music videos, publicity, graphic design and copywriting.

Communications Manager

Wild At Heart is seeking a highly skilled communicator and marketer to help WAH promote the music and stories of the artists we support and the work we do.

PART TIME / CASUAL POSITION

The Communications Manager will develop WAH’s communications through upgrade of our website, social media platforms, newsletters, annual reports, artist profiles, access to an exposure in media, promotion within the music industry and the disability sector.

Wild At Heart is seeking several new Board members for various roles including Chair, Treasurer and ordinary members.

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to help lead a respected Australian arts organisation supporting artists with disability, diversity and mental illness to create original music and lead change for access and equity in music culture and industry.

Persons with lived experience of disability, mental illness, neuro and gender diversity encouraged to apply.

We are particularly seeking people with lived experience of disability, diversity or mental illness who have Board experience and have a strong interest and experience in music creation and music industry.

Wild At Heart will ensure Board members’ access needs are met and will provide governance training and mentorships.

Volunteers

Skilled and experienced volunteers required for songwriting and music mentoring, producing, accompaniment in recording and performance, workshop support and project management and administration.

Student placements and intern roles are also possible depending on the support and supervision requirements and the reciprocal benefit to WAH and artists.
