Selene Mathews is a poet and lyricist who uses music and writing as a vehicle for expressing her unique perspective on life. When she was three years old, she was in an accident that left her a quadriplegic. Selene hopes to show people that no matter who they are or what situation they are in they can still do anything.
Joining Selene for this extravaganza is Edward Roussac, a singer songwriter who has been compared to Syd Barret, Brian Wilson and Paul McCartney. Edwards anthems about miscommunication, witty songs about burnout, and the power of love bring the house down everywhere we go.
Opening up the festivities is local rocker Rhysics, this time with a solo set on the piano. Fresh off the back off his debut album Great Barrier Rhys, Rhys will be performing some of the songs from that as well as some new and exciting material.
