WAH WORKOUT is a monthly, online 90 minute songwriting workshop for people with disabilities, neurodivergence, mental or chronic illness. A set of activities & prompts designed to exercise your creative muscles and get inspired by your fave Naarm musicians... from the comfort of your own homes!
This month your challenges will be designed by ROMANIE.
Romanie is touted as one of Australia’s most exciting emerging voices.
Currently based in Melbourne after having grown up in Belgium, the indie-pop artist left her home country to pursue music and is lauded for her muscular voice, tender songwriting, and intimate sonic stylings.
With a musical output recalling the wry humour of Wet Leg, the narrative prowess of Big Thief, and the defiance of The Cranberries, Romanie is known for wowing audiences with intimate songwriting which finds artistic grace amidst adversity.
