Ever had that feeling after an incredible gig where all you want to do is rush home and start writing music? This workshop is inspired by that spark.
Join us on SATURDAY 15TH AUGUST 3PM-5:30PM for a relaxed afternoon of creativity and connection, in-person at Studio Take Care or online via Zoom.

The session includes:

✨ An intimate live performance, Q&A, and song analysis from Rhys
✨ A short discussion on songwriting techniques used in Rhys’ work
✨ Lessons in applying these techniques to your own writing
This workshop is suitable for songwriters of all experience levels. No pressure, no expectations—just space to explore, create, and get inspired.
ABOUT RHYS RENWICK:
Rhys is a creative artist, musician, and performer with nearly 10 years of experience captivating local audiences. With an impressive repertoire of bands he has been a part of, including Rhysics, Future Boys, PTING, Men's Health Club and more!
His artistic journey includes a deep sense of purpose and advocacy. Rhys uses his lived experience to educate about disability & access with @speakersbank.org.au, and with Everybody Rocks he helped to raise $15K to make @mammachens stage accessible. He actively champions disability rights and works as a mentor with Wild at Heart Community Arts.

NDIS
If you have an eligible NDIS Plan you will need to use this to pay for your participation. Your Plan will be charged at NDIS Price Guide rates, or if self managed, at a negotiated rate, for the hours of support provided. We usually charge your Core budget under Community Participation support item codes, but can also charge your Capacity Building budget if there’s funding available.
Non NDIS
If you are not NDIS funded and have no other funded support, we have various levels of cash fees depending on your situation. Email info@wildatheart.org.au to find out more.
