WAH WORKOUT: 90-Minute Songwriting Challenge with KOMANG

WAH WORKOUT is a monthly, online 90 minute songwriting workshop for people with disabilities, neurodivergence, mental or chronic illness to explore their songwriting practice.

Our guest this month is KOMANG, Melbourne/Narrm based neo-soul vocalist and producer who blends groove-based production with artistry influenced by her Balinese heritage,

KOMANG will lead a set of activities & prompts designed to exercise your creative muscles and get inspired by your fave Naarm musicians... from the comfort of your own homes! All skill levels are welcome, and access or ability to play an instrument is not required.

Access

  • Online format catering to low sensory capacity and low social battery.

  • Accompanying chord progressions will be provided for non instrumentalists.

  • This event will not be Auslan interpreted.

Payment Details:

NDIS

If you have an eligible NDIS Plan you will need to use this to pay for your participation. Your Plan will be charged at NDIS Price Guide rates, or if self managed, at a negotiated rate, for the hours of support provided. We usually charge your Core budget under Community Participation support item codes, but can also charge your Capacity Building budget if there’s funding available.

Non NDIS

If you are not NDIS funded and have no other funded support, we have various levels of cash fees depending on your situation.
