This term, the Inkrewsive Hip Hop Collective is diving into lyric writing, storytelling, performance skills, branding, and music video production — all leading up to an end-of-term showcase.

Workshops:

• Lyric Writing Workshop with Tay Tantra (10–12pm) – sharpen your writing with guided prompts and real-time feedback. Build verses and hooks, explore rhyme schemes and storytelling, and leave with lyrics ready to record or perform.

• Workshop Series with Our Carlson (4-week series)( 12-2pm) – join rapper and spoken-word artist Our Carlson for a series focused on finding your voice and advocating for your cause through hip hop. Across four sessions, participants will explore identity, purpose, and storytelling in music while collaborating to create a group track that amplifies collective voices. Learn how to turn lived experience into powerful lyrics and use music as a tool for social change.
